Frequently asked Questions

  • Since we’re a newer build, we stayed true to ADA guidelines. We’re proud to say our venue is fully ADA friendly.

  • We have 75 paved parking spots and a lot for overflow parking.

  • The roads and parking throughout the property are paved!

  • While Austin, TX has 300+ sunny days per year, at the off chance of rain, we could either host ceremonies inside near our fire place or in our stables.

  • In our main hall, our venue can hold up to 500 people standing. Furniture does affect this capacity though. Fully furnished with tables and chairs, our venue can accommodate 250-300 guests.

  • We do have prep kitchens available in both or Main Hall and Stables venues.

Venue

  • We do allow 3rd party vendors! We believe weddings and events should be truly unique to you. Allowing 3rd party vendors gives our couples a chance to create a day that feels unique to you.

  • We require a day-of coordinator and a full-service catering team. This helps to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

  • We do not allow for confetti or glitter to be thrown indoors or outdoors. This helps keep the natural environment of our venue beautiful for everyone. All alcohol on-site must go through us. There is a $2,500 bar minimum, but we have plenty of bar options to choose from!

  • Yes! We love showing guests around the venue. You can book a time to tour here. We do have limited tour times on the weekend. If you would like a weekend tour time, please reach out to sales@thevidereestate.com.

  • We offer a complimentary soft holds after guests tour the venue. A soft hold puts your name on a desired date for 72 hours while you finalize decisions. In the chance that someone else is interested in your date and ready to book, we reach out to you and give you 3 hours to make a final decision.

  • We do not provide all-inclusive packages at the moment. We do have a preferred vendors sheet that we share with our couples, but it is not a requirement to use any vendor on that list.

Weddings

  • During off-season, our pricing ranges between $5,000 and $9,500.

    During our in-season months, our prices can range from $5,500 and $14,500. Taxes and fees are all included in the cost already.

    We do sometimes have specials going on, so reach out to sales@thevidereestate.com to inquire about your specific date

  • Our off-season months include January, February, July, August, and September.

    In-season includes March, April, May, June, October, November, and December.

  • Included in our venue rental rate is access to our 2 getting ready spaces, the main hall (ceremony deck, cocktail deck, and reception hall), reception tables and chairs, and furniture set up. Additionally, at least 1 venue manager will be on-site during your event day to ensure things run smoothly from the venue’s end.

  • If you’re ready to book the venue, please reach out to hello@thevidereestate.com. We will send out a contract for you to look through and ask any questions.

    Once the contract and initial payments are made, your date is officially secured!

  • We try to get back to our clients as soon as possible. During busy season and weddings, it may take up to 48 hours to hear a response.

  • Yes! We love animals of all kinds and have even had longhorns, horses, and donkeys.

    If bringing your dog, we ask that they are house broken or to please pick up after them. Additionally, we recommend keeping your pets on leash because of wildlife that may live nearby.
